Our place is located in Malleshwaram 2, which is one of those older parts of Bangalore that still has a lot of trees and a bit of that classic charm. It is a very busy area though, with markets nearby and people walking everywhere. We operate out of a modest space that doesn't really stand out from the other buildings on the street. It’s just where we come to work every day. We don't have any polished receptionists or fancy uniforms. It's usually just a couple of us handling the appointments and the phones. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some old wooden furniture and a lot of books and files piled up. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. People in Malleshwaram are usually in a hurry, but we try to keep a steady pace here. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most people find us just by knowing the area or hearing about us from a neighbor. The mornings are the best time here because it’s a little cooler before the afternoon sun hits the front of the building. We just do our bit and keep the place running. It’s a very straightforward way of working, and we like it that way. No big corporate rules or shiny brochures, just common sense and getting the daily tasks finished for the folks who visit us.
