Dorma India

We are at Plot No-53 on the 100 Ft. Road in Indiranagar. This is a very busy part of town. There’s always something happening outside. Dorma India has a spot here that we’ve used for quite some time. It’s a good location because it’s easy to tell people where we are. 100 Ft. Road is a main stretch. Our building isn't anything extraordinary, just a solid place where we can do our business. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and the usual office equipment. We don’t go for the high-end decor or the polished marble floors. We prefer to keep things simple and functional. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We have a small team here. We handle the daily operations and make sure everything is ticking along. It’s not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of people. Just a local branch doing its part. We don’t write long mission statements or put up posters with inspirational quotes. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes we stay late when things are busy. Most of our neighbors are shops and cafes, so it’s a lively neighborhood. We just like being part of the Indiranagar scene without making too much of a fuss about it. The parking can be a bit of a nightmare on this road, so we usually come in early. It helps to beat the rush and get a head start on the day’s tasks.
