You can find us at number 8 on Mohammad Wadi Road, which is right off Sayyed Nagar and Lalbagh Road. It might be a bit of a drive for some, but we have made a decent home for ourselves in this spot. Design Core India Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this building for a few years now. We do a lot of technical design work, mostly sticking to the stuff we know best. The building is not anything special to look at, just a regular office space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. There are about ten of us here on a good day. We have our computers, some old drafting tables, and always plenty of coffee. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the weather stays dry for too long, but we do not mind that much. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints and talking to different contractors on the phone. It involves a lot of back and forth. We do not try to sound like a huge corporation because we are not one. We are just a private company trying to do right by the projects we take on. Sometimes we stay late when a big job is due, and the local shops are already closed by the time we finally head home. It is a quiet enough street most of the time. We have just gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We just keep doing our thing.
