Delhi Dry Fruits. We are based at Ganganagar New Salt Mandy 10. The market area here is always a bit chaotic. There’s the smell of salt and spices everywhere you go. We spend most of our mornings opening up sacks and making sure everything looks right in the bins. It’s a lot of sorting and weighing. My fingers get a bit dusty from handling the cashews and almonds all day. We’ve been in Ganganagar for a good while now. The shop is small and the shelves are packed high. Sometimes it feels like we might run out of space, but we always find a way to fit more in. People come in and ask about where things come from, and we tell them what we know. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't have a big office or anything fancy. Just a desk in the back where we keep the books. The afternoons can be a bit slow when the sun is high, but then it picks up again in the evening. We talk to the other shopkeepers a lot while we wait for customers. It’s a tight community in the Mandy. We just try to keep the quality decent and the prices fair without making a big fuss about it. The floor is old stone and it gets cold in the winter, but it's where we've been for years. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in.
