It’s just Tirupati Chavan. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, our computers, and our drawing boards. There aren't any decorative plants or expensive art on the walls. We spend our time looking at systems and engineering problems. It’s a small team here. We all know each other well and we don't bother with formal meetings or corporate talk. We just sit down and figure out what needs to be built or fixed. The atmosphere is quiet for the most part, except for the sound of someone typing or discussing a design. We aren't the kind of company that puts out big press releases. We just do the engineering work and let that be that. Being a private limited company sounds formal, but we are just a group of engineers at Tirupati Chavan. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don't try to sound like a giant multinational. We’re just local people who like solving technical problems. The space is functional and that is exactly how we like it. We have everything we need right here. No one wears a tie. We just focus on the systems we are building. It’s a good way to live.
