Dee Vee Marbles & Granites

You can find us at 15 Bangalore GPO, specifically in the 7th Cross area of 3rd Stage Shakthi Ganapathi Nagara. Dee Vee Marbles & Granites is basically a yard full of stone. If you come by, you will see slabs of marble and granite leaning against each other everywhere. It is a dusty business, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the day. We do not have a polished showroom with bright lights. You just walk through the stacks and see what we have in stock. Every piece of stone is different, so we tell people to look closely before they pick one. We spend a lot of time moving heavy stuff around with the equipment. It is hard work and requires some patience. People in the neighborhood know us as the place to go when they are building a new kitchen or fixing their floors. We are not trying to be the biggest supplier in the city. We just want to sell what we have and keep the business moving. Sometimes we get new shipments in and everything gets rearranged. It is a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just deal with the stone and the customers one at a time. It is a simple, honest way to make a living and we have been at it for quite a while now. Most days it is just us and the stone.
