Dakshin Deco Pvt Ltd is located in the heart of the Peenya industrial area, specifically on the Muslim Colony Main Road. Our workshop is at No.B/151 in the 2nd Stage, right near the 5th Cross. It’s an industrial estate, so there is always the sound of machinery and the smell of metal and paint in the air. We do decorative work, which mostly means we make things for building interiors and larger construction projects. It’s not a clean or quiet office job, we are usually on our feet all day dealing with raw materials and heavy tools. The floor is always a bit dusty and there are stacks of finished pieces waiting to be loaded onto the trucks. Even though we are a Private Limited company, it’s really just a small group of us working hard to get the orders out on time. The roads in Peenya are quite narrow and can get blocked easily, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. We don't have a showroom where you can walk in and look at pretty things, it’s a working factory through and through. We've been here for quite some time now and we've seen the area grow and change around us. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep everything running smoothly without too much fuss. It gets hot in the summer under the metal roof, but we have a few big fans to keep us going while we work.
