D Y Uppar & Company is located at 148 6 1 in RMV Extension. We are on 5th Cross in Sadashiva Nagar. Being near SM Krishna House makes it easier for people to find us. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part. We like it here because it is peaceful. We have been running this company for a while. It’s a family-run kind of vibe even if we aren't all family. We handle the business from this office every day. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just do the work we know how to do. The building is older but it has character. We have a few plants in the corner that we try to keep alive. It’s just a normal office. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We prefer to spend our time making sure the business runs smoothly. Clients come by every now and then for meetings. We offer them tea and sit down to talk. It’s all very straightforward. No corporate talk or big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s worked for us so far. The commute for the staff is easy since we are centrally located. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come.
