Our branch is right in Marathahalli 1. It’s a really busy area with a lot of traffic and people constantly rushing about. We have a fairly small space here packed with boxes and envelopes of all sizes. Most of the time, the floor is covered with packing tape scraps and bubble wrap. We’ve got an old counter where we weigh everything. The scale is a bit worn out but it still gives an honest reading every time. We spend most of our day scanning barcodes and sticking labels on packages. It’s repetitive work but someone has to do it. Sometimes the printer runs out of ink right when there’s a long line of people waiting, which can be a bit stressful. We don't have any corporate uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving heavy boxes around. The street outside is always noisy, so we usually have to speak up a bit. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we know the delivery drivers pretty well. They come in and out all day long. We don't have any big slogans or fancy marketing stuff. We just focus on getting the parcels sorted and making sure they get on the right truck. It's a plain office with some metal shelves and a few pens that always seem to go missing. We just do the daily work and go home.
