D K Plastics

D K Plastics is situated at Padarayanapura on Mumbai Road, house number 20. It is an old building and we have been here long enough that we know every creak in the floorboards. Being on Mumbai Road means we see a lot of different people passing through every single day. We deal with plastic goods of all sorts, and the back room is usually a mess of samples and returns that we need to sort through. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. The light in the front of the shop is a bit dim, so we often have to take things outside to show people the colors properly. We have a small table in the back where we sit and have our tea in the afternoons. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to shout to hear each other, but that is just part of being in this area. We handle a lot of small orders for local folks and some bigger ones that go out on the trucks. There is always someone coming in asking for directions or a phone charger, and we try to help out when we can. It is a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep the business going and paying the bills. We do not do anything fancy, we just show up and sell plastic.
