We are based over at Om Shanthi Towers in Basavanagar. Specifically, we’re up on the 10th main, 2nd block of the 1st stage. If you know the Ayyappa Swamy Temple, we are pretty close to that. Cyrus Thermal Power is basically just a group of us working on various power project details. It’s a lot of technical stuff, mostly dealing with thermal systems and industrial needs. The office isn't anything too special, just unit 1705, but we’ve got a good view from up here. Being near the temple means there’s always a bit of life around the area. We spend most of our time looking at plans and talking to suppliers. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a deadline is coming up. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just focus on the engineering side of things. It’s steady work. Basavanagar is a decent place to be situated, not too far from our main clients. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The elevators in the tower can be slow sometimes, which is a bit of a pain when we're in a hurry. But otherwise, it's a solid place to run the business from. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything runs okay for the projects we’re involved in. It gets hot in the afternoons but the fans keep it manageable.
