Our office is over at No. c/3 in the Saikrupa Enclave on East Chord Road. It’s a location that’s pretty easy to get to if you know the area. We work on various things related to healthcare integration here in India. It is more about the organizational side of health, trying to bring different pieces together so things work a bit smoother. The office isn't anything special to look at; it’s just a functional space with desks, chairs, and a lot of papers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails to different people across the country. The staff here is a mix of people who have been in the health sector for a while and some newer faces. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished public image. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home. Sometimes we have small meetings in the corner of the room to figure out a problem or plan the next step for a project. East Chord Road can get quite busy, but inside the enclave, it is usually a bit more peaceful. We are focused on the practicalities of how healthcare is delivered and managed. It’s a lot of coordinating and talking to different groups to see how things can be better aligned. It’s steady work and we just take it one day at a time, trying to be useful where we can. This is what we do.
