This is Adi Shakti Poultry Farm, located on the 23rd Main in the 5th Phase of JP Nagar. Bangalore 560078 is a big area, but our little corner is pretty specific. Being on a poultry farm means things are a bit different than your typical office job. There is more space and a lot more going on outside the windows. The 23rd Main gets its fair share of traffic, but once you step inside the gates, it’s its own world. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. You usually just find someone working and ask what you need. It’s a practical environment. We deal with the daily chores and whatever else comes up. The smell of the farm is just part of the day, you don't even notice it after twenty minutes. We’ve been here in JP Nagar for a good bit now. It’s a solid location for what we do. No one wears suits here. We wear what's comfortable and won't get ruined if things get a bit messy. It’s honest work in a real place. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. If you’re looking for a polished corporate headquarters, this isn't it. But if you want to see people actually working, then this is the spot. We just keep things moving and focus on the day-to-day tasks that need to get finished.
