We have been at 49 Geetha Building for a while now. It is on 3rd Cross Mission Road, right near the IDG Media place. Most days it is just us dealing with broken screens and slow laptops that people bring in. The office isn't fancy. There are cables everywhere and some old monitors sitting in the corner gathering dust. We try to get things back to people when we say we will, but sometimes the parts take longer to arrive than expected. It’s a busy street out there. You can hear the traffic all day long through the windows. People find us because they live nearby or work in the other offices around here. It isn't a huge operation, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when too many machines are sitting on the benches at once. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and typing. If the tea man comes by, we take a break. Otherwise, we are usually just working through the pile of repairs. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the night. We know the neighbors and they know us. That is just how it goes in this part of town.
