If you’ve ever been to S P Road in Bangalore, you know how crowded and chaotic it can be. Our clinic is right in the middle of that, located at No. 13 on A M Lane. We are just behind the Balaji Complex, which is a big landmark for anyone looking for electronics. S P Road is basically the go-to place for anything related to computers, and we’ve been here for a long time repairing laptops and PCs. The shop isn't very big, and it’s usually piled up with spare parts, broken screens, and toolkits. It’s a dusty, busy environment but that’s just how this neighborhood works. We spend our hours taking things apart and trying to put them back together so they actually work again. People come in from all over the city with laptops that won't turn on or keyboards that have stopped working. There is always the sound of traffic and shouting from the lane outside. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep working through the pile of repairs on the desk. It’s a very hands-on job. We don't have any fancy signs or a polished showroom. It is just a workspace where we fix things. Most of our customers find us by word of mouth or because they were already in the area looking for parts. We just stay focused on the tech in front of us and try to finish by evening.
