Commercial Gents Saloon

Commercial Gents Saloon is sitting at No.4 on Poornaia Chatram Road, right in the Balepet-Chickpet area of Bangalore. We are very close to the Upparpet Police Station, so most people use that as a landmark when they are trying to find us. This part of the city is always busy and loud, so there is constant noise from the street right outside our front door. Our shop is actually quite small, but we have managed to fit enough room for a couple of people to wait their turn. We don’t have those fancy chairs or big massage machines you see in the expensive shopping malls. It is just a local place where you come to get your hair trimmed or have a quick shave before heading to work. The walls have a few old pictures hanging on them and the lighting is just enough to see what we are doing. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the decades, but the way we do things here hasn't changed much at all. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming here since they were young boys. It’s a practical spot for a haircut without any of the extra drama. We keep the scissors sharp and the combs clean, and that’s pretty much the whole story. We don't spend any money on big signs or bright lights. People know where we are because we’ve been here at this 560053 address for such a long time. It’s just a regular shop.
