Classic Plastic Industries

You can find Classic Plastic Industries over in Bommasandra on the Kherwadi Main Road at 192/2. Being in an industrial hub means there is always a layer of soot on the windows and the sound of heavy engines passing by at all hours. We work with plastic all day, so there is always that specific smell in the air that you never really get used to. The warehouse part of the building is usually stacked high with bags of raw materials and finished products waiting to be loaded. We have a small office tucked in the front where we handle the billing and the phone calls. The air conditioning in there is old and makes a rattling noise, but it beats being out on the floor when the sun is high. We have a few delivery drivers who are always coming and going, usually complaining about the traffic on the main road. It is a rough and ready kind of place where we wear old clothes because everything gets dirty anyway. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and find whoever is available. Most of our days are spent checking the machines and making sure the workers have what they need. It is hard work and the hours are long, but we have a good rhythm going here at the factory.
