Civil Engineer Building Contractor

Our business is located on Begur Road, specifically over on Bajirao Road in Sadashiv Peth, Pune. This is a very old and busy part of the city, and we have been operating out of this area for quite some time. We handle both the engineering side and the actual contracting for buildings. Our office is usually a mess of samples—bricks, tiles, and bits of wood are scattered everywhere. It is a practical space because we are always showing clients what materials we are using. Sadashiv Peth is full of narrow lanes, so getting our supply trucks in and out can be a real challenge some days. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with laborers and making sure the supplies arrive on time. It is a loud environment with people constantly coming in to ask for work or to discuss a project. We don't have any slick marketing or a polished front office. Most of our meetings happen sitting on stools or standing around a site map. The guys on the team are hardworking and we have all known each other for years. We focus on getting the structures built properly and making sure they stay up. Every day is a mix of phone calls, site visits, and trying to manage the budget for the next job. It is not a glamorous life, but we take pride in the houses and shops we've put up around Pune. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
