You can find us at Anand Bhavan on Princess Street, specifically in the 1st Cross of Vinayaka Layout. Chudgor & Company Pvt Ltd is based here, and it's a place that feels very lived-in. We’ve got stacks of files and various samples scattered around our office. Princess Street is one of those places that never seems to sleep, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly coordinating with people and making sure our records are up to date. The building itself has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow and tiring. We don’t spend much on making the place look like a showroom because that’s not what we do. We’re here to work. Our team is small, and we’ve all been together for quite some time, so we have a rhythm that works for us. Sometimes it’s a bit quiet, and other times everyone is talking at once over the phones. We just deal with whatever comes up on the desk. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and a list of things to get done before the day ends. It’s just a normal part of the Princess Street trade that we have been part of for years.
