Chavan Associates

We’ve been here at Khivraj Mansion on Kasturba Road for a while now. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always something going on outside the window. Most days we are just sitting here at our desks, getting through the pile of work that never seems to end. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get things done and talk to the people who drop by. Sometimes the traffic on Kasturba Road gets really loud, especially in the evenings, but you get used to it after a few years. We handle a lot of different things here at Chavan Associates. It’s mostly just keeping track of details and making sure nothing gets missed. We aren't a big team, so everyone knows everyone. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and folders, but it works for us. People know where to find us in the 10/2 section. We usually have a tea break around four, which is the part of the afternoon we look forward to. It’s just honest work, really. Nothing too complicated to explain. If you walk past the mansion, you’ll probably see our sign. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy when we’re busy. That’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We like being in this part of town because it’s central and easy for people to reach. It's a regular office run by regular people who know the area well.
