We also do research here, so you’ll see people looking at data or writing things down in the back rooms. It’s a serious environment but we try to keep it friendly for the regulars who have to visit us often. We’ve been at this for years. The staff knows the routine well and we try to keep the wait times down, though it doesn’t always work out when someone has a lot of questions.
