Chander Kumar And Associates

Our office is located at 504 in the Oxford Tower, which is in Kodihalli. Specifically, it’s in the HAL 2nd Stage area. We are way up on the 4th floor. Chander Kumar and Associates has been operating out of this building for a long time. The Oxford Tower is a big place with lots of different businesses, so there’s always people waiting for the lift in the lobby. Once you get to the 4th floor, our office is at the end of the hall. It’s a functional space with several desks and a lot of cabinets. We have a small area where people can sit while they wait, but it’s nothing fancy—just a couple of chairs and some old magazines. The view from the 4th floor is mostly of the other buildings and the tops of the trees in Kodihalli. It gets a bit noisy during rush hour because Oxford Tower is near some major roads, but the windows do a decent job of keeping it out. We are a small group of associates, and we all know each other well. There isn’t much hierarchy here. We just get on with the work that needs doing. We’ve stayed in HAL 2nd Stage because it’s a convenient location for most of us. The office is often full of the smell of tea and the sound of keyboards. It’s a regular, hardworking environment without any extra polish or pretense.
