Our main office for Casa De Group Of Hotels & Resorts is over in Vijinapura, right across from Jubilee School at Lakshmi Nivas. The address is 59(1876) R.R. Layout in Doorvaninagar, Bangalore. It’s a busy little neighborhood. We spend our days managing various hotel properties and resorts from this central spot. Most of the time, the phones are ringing and we’re trying to coordinate stuff between different locations. It’s not a quiet job. We have to deal with everything from plumbing issues at one place to booking errors at another. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters. It’s more of a functional space where we keep all our files and have our morning coffee before the rush starts. Sometimes the school traffic makes it hard to get to the office on time, but we manage. We aren't into big fancy presentations or mission statements. We just try to keep the rooms occupied and the guests from complaining too much. Our staff comes from all over, and we’re a bit like a big, messy family. We know the local tea seller by name, and he usually brings us a tray in the afternoon. It’s a lot of juggling, but we’ve been doing this for years now. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit chaotic during the holiday season. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
