Mahabir Marbles

Mahabir Marbles is located at No. 31/1 in Chikkakanelli, right near the Carmelram Circle on Sarjapur Road. This part of the city has changed a lot since we first started out here. Now there are so many apartments and cars everywhere. We have a lot of marble slabs standing up in rows, and they are the main thing you see when you walk in. People driving toward Sarjapur often stop by because they see the stone from the road. We spend a lot of time outside in the yard because that is where the stock is. It can get pretty dusty and the noise from the traffic at the circle is almost constant. We have a small shed where we sit when it gets too hot or when we need to write down an order. Most of the people who come in are locals who are building a house nearby or just fixing up a bathroom. We show them what we have in stock at the moment. It is a simple way of doing things. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. Usually, we have a quick lunch in the back and then get back to moving the stones. The evening is often our busiest time when people are heading home from work and decide to pull over and take a look at the different marble patterns we have on display.
