C R Hindu Miltry Hotel

Down here in Mahadevapura near Shree Jyoti Society, we start things pretty early every day. If you walk by in the morning, you can probably smell the spices being ground up in the kitchen. We do things the old way, using big metal pots and cooking over high heat. A military hotel is not about being fancy; it is about making sure the food is filling and the gravy is right. We do not have fancy menus or waiters in uniforms. It is just us in the kitchen and a few tables that have seen better days. The floor is concrete, and the walls are plain, but it is clean enough for a meal. We serve a lot of workers from the nearby area who need a solid meal before their shifts. It gets very loud during lunch, with people shouting orders and the sound of plates being moved around. We do not use a lot of fancy equipment, just what we have always used. The meat has to be cooked just long enough so it is not tough. Sometimes we run out of things before the day is over, and that is just how it is. We do not like wasting anything. If you are looking for a quiet place with soft chairs, this is not it. But if you want to eat and go back to work, we are here. We have been in this spot for a while now and know most of the people who come in.
