C A S G & Co is based at number 33 in Hanumanth Nagar. That’s part of the Kharabwadi area in Chakan. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but it’s where we’ve set up our shop. The surroundings are mostly industrial, so it’s a lot of trucks and dust around here. Our office isn't anything fancy at all. We just have the essentials to get our work done. It’s a quiet enough place once you’re inside, though the road outside can be pretty loud during the day. We’ve been in Chakan for a while now and have seen it grow into a bigger hub. We don't really care about having a polished look or a big sign. People who need us usually find us through word of mouth. Hanumanth Nagar is a decent spot for a small firm like ours. We have a simple routine. We arrive, check what needs doing, and just get on with it. It’s not about being the best or anything like that. We just want to do our work and keep things simple. The office is functional, with just enough room for us and our files. We don’t spend much on decorations. We’d rather just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work fine for us here. We aren't in any rush to change how we operate.
