Blue Terrain Novotel

We are located over in Marathahalli, specifically in the Saibaba Nagar area. Being part of the Novotel building means we have a bit more space than some other spots around here, but we try to keep it feeling like a local place for anyone who walks in. We work here every day, setting out the chairs and making sure everything looks right before we open. It’s an outdoor spot, so we are always dealing with the weather. When it’s sunny, it’s great, but we have to move fast when the clouds roll in. We aren't the types to use big fancy words or marketing talk. We just serve drinks and food to people who are usually tired from a long day. It gets a bit breezy up here in the evenings, which is nice after the heat. We spend a lot of time carrying trays back and forth. It’s a lot of walking across the floor. The kitchen staff is always busy, you can hear them working if you stand near the doors. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure the glasses are clean and the food is hot. It’s a job we enjoy because we get to see the sky every day. Even though it's a big building, we're just a small team trying to keep things running smooth for everyone.
