We operate out of 211 Hazel, which is inside the Raheja Residency complex in Koramangala. The address is Bangalore 560 034. Working out of an apartment complex like Raheja Residency gives the office a much more personal feel than a typical commercial building. It is a lot quieter here than if we were right on the main Koramangala roads. We have our setup in one of the units where we handle the hotel management side of the business. It feels a bit like a home office, which we actually quite like. There is a lot of green around the complex, and it makes coming to work a bit more pleasant. We don't have a big neon sign out front. You have to know which block and which floor to find us. Inside, it is all very functional. We have our computers and some meeting space. We spend most of our time coordinating things for the hotels. Since we are in Koramangala, we are close to a lot of good places to eat, which is a nice bonus for the staff. We don't do things in a very formal way here. We just sit together, talk about what needs to be done for the day, and then we do it. It is an easy-going environment but we stay busy. It’s a good spot to be for a business like ours. Most of us take the stairs for the exercise instead of the lift.
