B.J.N Group Of Hotels

BJN Group of Hotels is based out of No. 9 in the N.G.R. Layout in Bangalore. This is where we handle the behind-the-scenes stuff for the hotels. If you come by Karnataka 560 068, you will find us in a relatively quiet part of the layout. Managing hotels is a lot of work that people don't always see. It is not all fancy lobbies and clean sheets. Over here, it is mostly about paperwork, scheduling, and making sure things are running the way they should be. We have a small team sitting in the office, and we have known each other for quite a long time. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. Bangalore weather is usually nice, so we leave the windows open when we can. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails back and forth. It is a practical kind of job. We don't talk much about visions or being the best; we just focus on the next task on the list. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with files and folders, but we know where everything is. The neighbors around NGR Layout are mostly residential, so it is a calm place to spend the day. We are just regular people making sure the hotel business stays on track. It takes a lot of coordination, and we just do it day by day without much fuss.
