Sumith Granites

Sumith Granites is situated at No. 200/1820 in Bilekahalli Village, just off Bannerghatta Road. It is a place where we keep a lot of our inventory. The village area has grown so much over the years, and now there are houses everywhere around us. We have a lot of granite here. Some days are just spent rearranging the piles so we can reach the pieces at the back. It’s a lot of lifting and shifting. We get the stone from different places and it sits here until someone needs it for their kitchen or stairs. The ground is uneven and dusty, so you should wear decent shoes if you come by. We usually have a few workers helping with the heavy lifting because these slabs are not easy to move by hand. We keep the gate open during the day and there is always someone around. Bannerghatta Road is always noisy with the vehicles, but once you step into the yard, it feels a bit different. We have different thicknesses and finishes available. It is a simple setup without any big signs or bright lights. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or contractors who have been here before. We spend the day checking the quality of the arrivals and making sure the measurements are right for the people who buy from us. It is basic work but we do it every day.
