Bhoruka Extrusions

Bhoruka Extrusions has its office way up on the 10th floor of Mittal Towers, in rooms 1001 and 1002 of the A Wing. Being on M.G. Road means we are right in the thick of things, and the view from the windows is pretty good when the weather is clear. We deal mostly with aluminium extrusions, which involves a lot of technical drawings and coordinating with the plant. The office stays busy with phone calls and emails going back and forth all day long. It is a bit different from a factory floor because it’s mostly desks and computers, but we still have samples of metal profiles sitting on the shelves and even some on the floor. People come in and out for meetings, and there is usually a pot of coffee going in the corner. We have been in this building for quite some time, so we are used to the elevator wait and the general hustle of M.G. Road. It’s a lot of staring at spreadsheets and making sure orders are moving through the system correctly. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the sample pieces get mixed up and we have to straighten everything out. It’s a steady kind of work and we have a small group of people here who have been with us for years, just getting through the daily tasks.
