Our facility is at Kamala Nagar 65, and it’s been our home for quite a while now. We work with monofilament and various textiles, which basically means there are a lot of spools and rolls of thread everywhere you look. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we have our machines set up just the way we like them. It’s a bit of a maze with all the materials stacked up. We spend our time monitoring the machines and making sure the threads are coming out with the right thickness and strength. The hum of the motors is a constant sound in the background, and you get so used to it that the silence feels strange when we turn them off at the end of the shift. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of workers; we are a smaller team where everyone knows what they need to do. Sometimes the humidity in the air affects how the textiles behave, so we have to adjust things on the fly. The floor is often covered in little bits of fiber that we have to sweep up at the end of the day. It’s a practical business, and we focus more on the quality of the thread than on having a fancy office. We’ve been part of the Kamala Nagar community for years, and we just keep on doing what we know best without much fuss.
