Beach Pavilion Beach Resort,Kerala

Our office is at No: 95 Bharathi Nilaya on Muneeswara Temple Street. It’s in Kodihalli, which is part of HAL 2nd Stage in Bangalore. It might seem strange that a place called Beach Pavilion Beach Resort is located in the middle of a busy Bangalore street, but this is where we handle all the bookings and the boring paperwork. The actual resort is over in Kerala. Here on Muneeswara Temple Street, it’s mostly just us answering phones and filing papers. The street is quite narrow and there is a temple nearby that gets very loud during festivals with all the music and chanting. We have some old posters of the beach on the walls to remind us of where the actual resort is. The office is a bit small and we have to move chairs around whenever someone comes to visit. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone about their holidays. It’s a bit ironic to be sitting in dusty Bangalore while talking about the ocean. We have a small kettle for tea and a stack of brochures that are a few years old now. Bharathi Nilaya is an old building, but it’s sturdy. We know the neighbors well and we usually see the same people walking their dogs every morning. It’s just our home base for the business we run in the other state.
