Be Billimoria & Co Ltd

Our office is located in D-3 of the Nandadweep Apartments, which is right on Vivyani Road here in Bangalore. It is a nice enough spot, especially being just behind Clarence School. You can often hear the school bells and the kids playing during recess, which gives the whole place a bit of life. Richards Town has that old Bangalore feel that is getting harder to find these days. We have been operating as Be Billimoria & Co Ltd from this apartment for some time. It is not your typical office building; it feels more like a lived-in space where work happens to get done. There are plants on the balcony that someone forgets to water every now and then, and the furniture is a bit mismatched. We like being in this part of town because it is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. Getting here can be a bit of a crawl through traffic, but once you reach Nandadweep, things slow down. We keep our files organized in old metal cabinets and there is always a stack of papers waiting for someone’s attention. Most people who come to see us are regular faces who know the way through the gate. We don't put on a show or have a big reception desk. We just open the door in the morning, pull up our chairs, and start working on whatever is on the agenda for the day.
