You can find Batlanki Associates (Opc) Private Limited on the 3rd floor of the Keerthana Shalam building. We are located on Vivekananda Road in Ramamurthy Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but the exercise is probably good for us. The office isn't very large since it’s an OPC, so it’s mostly just the core team handling everything. We deal with various associate tasks, mostly administrative and legal paperwork that people find too tedious to do themselves. The room can get a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going pretty much all day. Ramamurthy Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and Vivekananda Road always has something happening, whether it’s a new shop opening or just the usual evening rush. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the building are mostly friendly. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just a small one so people don't get lost. It’s a very hands-on type of place. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We don't have a dedicated secretary or anything like that. We just try to get through the pile of work on the desk before the day ends. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get to most places once you learn the shortcuts. We just keep working away at our own pace.
