You can find Rao & Rao Import & Export over in Basaveshwar Nagar. We are at No. 457, specifically in the 4th Block of the 3rd Stage. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s a solid location. The 10th Main can get pretty busy with traffic, so we usually try to get in early. Our office isn't much, just a couple of rooms where we manage the import and export stuff. There are always stacks of papers everywhere. We do our best to stay organized, but sometimes things get a bit cluttered when a big shipment is due. It’s a small family-run feel here. We know the people around the 1st E Cross well enough. Most of the day is spent on the phone or tracking packages. It’s a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing around. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing team. It’s just us doing the work. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is annoying, but we manage. We’ve been at this for some time now. It’s practical work. We don't make it sound more complicated than it is. We just handle the goods and make sure the numbers add up. It’s what we do every day. There are three of us here usually, and we share the tasks. It keeps the business moving along.
