You can find Banavathy & Company over at B 238 in the Peenya South Block. Peenya is a huge industrial hub, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our unit is just one of many in this block. It’s a very practical space. We don't have anything that isn't necessary for the work. The floors are concrete, and the walls are just painted a plain color. It’s a place meant for working, not for showing off. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around Peenya for years, so we’re used to the dust and the noise of the trucks moving through the South Block. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We don't have any lists on the wall about our goals or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done when we show up in the morning. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, and other times it’s quiet enough to head home early. There isn't a lot of ceremony here. We handle our own paperwork and answer our own phones. B 238 is our base, and it has served us well. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses like ours, so there’s a sense of being in it together. We don't spend money on marketing. We just rely on being consistent and being here when people need us. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business in a busy industrial area. We like the routine and the focus of being at the South Block.
