Bajaj Associates

Our office is located in the RMV Cluster, Phase-1, over in RMV 2nd Stage. If you know Bangalore, you know this is a pretty decent area to be in. We’ve been at number 116 for a while now, and the place is usually buzzing with people coming and going. Bajaj Associates isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of layers; it’s a more straightforward operation. We handle a lot of different things, mostly helping people navigate the local market and deal with property or business matters. The traffic in Bangalore is always a topic of conversation here because it affects when we can actually get to meetings. We have piles of documents on the desks and whiteboards filled with notes that only we can understand. It’s not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the mobile phone, talking to clients while trying to grab a quick snack from the local vendors nearby. It’s the kind of place where things move fast, and you have to be ready to change plans at the last minute. We don't have any scripted speeches or polished marketing materials. We just talk to people like normal human beings and try to figure out the best way to move forward with whatever task is at hand. It’s hard work, but we enjoy the variety of it.
