B K Building Material Exports is located at number 2 in Peenya 1st Stage. We are right near Hotel Ujjwala International, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. Peenya is a busy industrial area, so there is always a lot of movement and noise around here. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and have seen the neighborhood grow and change. Our building is a practical space used for storing and organizing building materials before they get shipped out. It isn't a fancy place with a lobby; it’s more of a warehouse environment where work happens. We spend most of our time checking shipments and talking to drivers. Because we are near the hotel, we get a lot of people asking for directions, which we don't mind. The work we do is pretty repetitive, but it’s important to get the details right. We aren't big on corporate talk or anything like that. We just focus on the materials sitting in our warehouse. Sometimes the traffic in Peenya can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, but that’s just part of being in this section of the city.
