B C Prabhakar

I'm based over at 135 Basavanagudi, in the New Ranip area. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. B C Prabhakar is the name on the door, and it’s basically just me and a couple of helpers most of the time. We’ve been in this part of Basavanagudi for a while now. The neighborhood has a specific feel to it, very traditional in some ways. We don't have a big corporate office with a reception desk or anything like that. It is more of a practical workspace where we get things done. Most of my day is spent dealing with the local residents and other small businesses nearby. We have a lot of regular faces that stop by to talk or check on things. The address at 135 is easy to find if you know the local landmarks around the corner. I don't really do much in the way of advertising at all. Most people just know where we are through word of mouth. We keep things pretty simple here. There is a lot of paperwork to stay on top of, and sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing for hours. But that is how it goes when you run a local operation. We like the pace here. It isn't as frantic as those big tech parks. New Ranip has its own rhythm that we've grown fond of. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start the day's tasks. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. It just works for us and our team.
