Aviva - Create A New Beginning (Healthcare Services)

You can find us over at 8/2 Leonard Road in Richmond Town, right next to the Post Office. It’s a nice, older part of Bangalore with a lot of trees around. We call ourselves Aviva. The whole idea here is about giving people a fresh start with their health. We handle a variety of healthcare services, but it’s not like a big cold institution. We try to keep it more personal. Sometimes people come to us because they’re struggling with things that aren't just physical. We look at the whole person. The building is easy to find, and being next to the post office helps people give directions. It’s a fairly quiet street, which is good for the kind of work we do. We don't have big neon signs or loud advertisements. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by just walking past in the neighborhood. We have different staff members who focus on different parts of health, but we all talk to each other to make sure things are moving in the right direction. It’s about helping someone get back on their feet or just find a better way to live day-to-day. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound like a corporate office. We’re just a group of people in a house-like setting on Leonard Road, trying to help other people start over with their health in a way that actually sticks and makes their life a bit easier.
