Avenues Property

I've been running Avenues Property from this spot at 39-14/1 in Uttarahalli for a while now. If you're coming down the road from Kudhalwadi towards Chikhali or heading out on the Talegaon road, you can't really miss the turn-off. We are situated right near the Mahadevi temple, which is a big landmark for everyone in the Tal Khed area. It's a busy little pocket of the world. Most days, there’s a lot of noise from the traffic on the main road, but once you pull behind the Karnataka Bank, things get a bit quieter. That’s where you’ll find our office. It isn’t a fancy glass building or anything, just a regular space where we do our daily work. Living and working around here means you get used to the rhythms of the neighborhood. The bank next door is always crowded in the mornings, and the temple brings in a lot of people during the festivals. Sometimes the road gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. I usually get here early to beat the main rush of vehicles coming through from Chikhali. It’s a decent place to be. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New shops pop up and old ones close down, but the Karnataka Bank and the Mahadevi temple stay the same. If you are looking for us, just remember we’re behind the bank and we're usually around.
