Ask Computers

Our shop is over on 18th Main in Banashankari Second Stage, right next to the Kidney Foundation. If you’re familiar with Padmanabhnagar, you know how busy this stretch can get with all the cars and people moving around. We are at number 651, which is a fairly straightforward spot to find once you get near the hospital building. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by computers and various parts. The space isn’t huge, but it fits everything we need to get through the day's work. It usually smells a bit like electronics and old coffee in here. We spend a lot of time looking at screens or opening up towers to see what’s going on inside. It’s not a polished showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a workspace where things actually get done. Neighbors often stick their heads in to say hello or ask a quick question while they’re out running errands. The 18th Main has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put in this little corner. On rainy days, the sound on the roof is quite loud, which makes for a different kind of workday. We don't really do much in the way of fancy stuff, just keep our heads down and handle the computers that people bring to us from the surrounding blocks. It’s just how we operate day in and day out, without making a big fuss about anything. We keep the back door open when it's hot to get a bit of a breeze.
