Ashraya Hotel

Our place is located at G1 Magrath Road, right on the 18th Cross in the Royal Heritage building. We’re basically next door to Garuda Mall, so it’s always busy around here. Ashraya Hotel isn't one of those massive chain hotels you see everywhere. It’s more of a local spot where things are a bit more relaxed. The lobby is small and we usually have the news playing on a small TV behind the desk. Being so close to the mall means there’s always something happening outside, especially on weekends when the crowds show up. We spend a lot of time checking people in and out, and sometimes the lift is a bit slow, but everyone manages. The staff here are just regular people who live nearby. We don't wear fancy uniforms, just clean clothes and a plain look. The rooms are kept tidy, though the furniture has a bit of wear and tear from all the guests over the years. It feels more like a house than a big institution. We like the location because everything you need is just a short walk away. Sometimes the traffic on Magrath Road gets backed up, and you can hear the horns from the front rooms. It’s just part of being in this part of the city. We’ve been here at Royal Heritage for quite a while now and know the area like the back of our hand. It's a decent place to be.
