As Granites India

We are tucked away at No. 50/1 Mosque Road Cross, just behind Stephens Road. It’s a bit of a tight spot compared to the big industrial areas, but we make it work. We deal in granites. Since we are in a more crowded neighborhood, we have to be careful about how we move things around. There isn't a lot of extra space. We have different slabs leaned up against the walls. People from the nearby streets come by when they are renovating their kitchens. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a massive fleet of trucks, just what we need to get by. The area around Mosque Road is always lively, so there’s always something happening outside our door. Sometimes it’s hard for the delivery trucks to get through the narrow lanes. We spend a lot of time talking to customers and showing them the difference between one stone and another. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a working yard where things are a bit messy. Dust gets everywhere, and we are constantly sweeping up. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and know many of the faces passing by. We just try to keep enough stock so people have choices. It’s a basic business. No corporate fluff, just stone and hard work. We finish up in the evenings and lock the gate, ready to do it again tomorrow.
