We've been at 47/3 in the Palas Industrial Estate area of Frazer Town for a while now. It's an industrial spot, so it's not fancy, but we're here every day. People come in asking about trips and we just try to get the details right. It's mostly just us handling the paperwork and talking to folks who want to go somewhere else for a bit. We don't have a big fancy office with carpets or anything like that. Just desks and some computers. Sometimes the traffic outside gets pretty loud because of the industrial estate, but you get used to it. We've seen a lot of people come through these doors looking for help with their travel plans. Usually, they just want to know the price and how long it takes. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or work in one of the other units. We keep busy with the phones and the emails. It's a lot of checking dates and making sure names are spelled right on the forms. If there's a problem, we try to fix it, though sometimes things just take time. It's a small team here. We know each other's coffee orders and who takes their lunch at noon. Frazer Town is a good place to be based, even if it's a bit crowded on the weekends. We're just trying to keep the business going one day at a time. Nothing too complicated about it.
