My Cabs

My Cabs is located in Bellandur, at 18/8. If you know Bellandur, you know the traffic can be a real headache most days. That’s pretty much what we talk about all day in the office. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and trying to help our drivers avoid the worst of the jams. The office is small and tucked away. It’s nothing fancy, just a place for us to keep the keys and the paperwork. We have a small table where we sit and eat our lunch between calls. We aren’t a tech company with apps and all that stuff. We just have phones and a lot of patience. People call us because they know we’ll answer and give them a straight answer. We don't use scripts or anything like that. It’s just us talking to you. We've been at 18/8 for a while, and we’ve seen the area grow up around us with all the new buildings. Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all the changes, but we manage to stay on track. We try to keep the cars clean and the drivers happy, which is a full-time job in itself. It gets loud in here when a few of the guys are back at the same time, sharing stories about their shifts. It’s a simple way of living. We just focus on the next trip and making sure we don't miss any important calls. It’s honest work and it definitely keeps us on our toes every day.
