Arham Auto Agency is down on Medarpet Pandurang Wadi Road 12. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few boxes of parts sitting out front. We deal with a lot of different auto components and spares. The shop is a bit cramped because we try to keep a lot of stock on the shelves. There is the smell of oil and metal in the air, which is normal for a place like ours. We spend a lot of time looking through catalogs to find the right part for someone's vehicle. It’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers and customers. Some people know exactly what they need, while others just bring in a broken piece of metal and ask if we have another one like it. Medarpet is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming inside. We don’t have fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just rows of boxes and a heavy desk where we do the billing. We've got a small kettle for making coffee when it gets cold in the mornings. Dealing with cars and engines means our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We just try to get the right parts to the right people so they can get back on the road. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we’ve been at it here for years.
