Archtitects & Consulting Engineers

Archtitects & Consulting Engineers is based on Lavelle Road. We are on the second floor of Lavelle Heights. It is a central part of Bangalore, so getting here is usually okay, though the traffic on the main road is what it is. The office is where we spend most of our time looking at drawings and talking about different projects. It’s a mix of engineering talk and architectural sketches. We have been here for a bit now. The space has big windows which really helps when you are staring at blueprints and technical plans all day long. It is not a very loud office, mostly just the sound of people working and the occasional phone call. We do a lot of consulting work, which means we spend a fair amount of time on the phone or writing up reports for our clients. It’s a lot of technical stuff that requires focus. We don't really do the flashy sales thing. We just focus on the plans and making sure the math is right before anything moves forward. Lavelle Road is a nice area with a lot of trees around, so it’s a decent place to walk around if you need a break. The building is easy to find if you are looking for Lavelle Heights. We are usually here from morning until the evening, just getting through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes we go out to sites, but the office is where the main planning happens.
