Structural Design Engineer

We've been at 272 on the 2nd Main Road in Laggere for a while now. Finding 6th Cross isn't always easy for people who aren't from around this part of Bangalore, but once you get here, it’s a quiet enough spot. Most days it is just us sitting behind the screens, working through designs and checking figures. The 560058 pin code area gets busy during the mornings, especially with all the traffic near Lavakushanagar, but inside the office, things stay pretty focused. We do structural design engineering, so there's a lot of paper and digital files lying around. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, or we just walk down the street to grab a quick coffee. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get the work done. The 2nd Main Road has its own rhythm, you know. You see the same people walking by every day. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and making sure everything adds up correctly. It’s a lot of staring at lines and numbers. Sometimes we argue about a specific beam or a column detail, but that is just how the job goes. People stop by to drop off documents or ask questions about their projects. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desks get messy with all the site plans. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the Lavakushanagar neighborhood. It feels right.
